Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair homes across multiple trades. You will travel daily within the assigned market, using company tools and a provided vehicle, to complete maintenance requests and ensure homes remain safe and habitable.

Expect to perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general home systems while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong background in residential maintenance across multiple trades.
• Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and home systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for extensive field travel.
• Knowledge of building codes, inspections, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident maintenance requests and repairs across multiple trades.
• Travel daily throughout assigned market using company vehicle and tools.
• Ensure work complies with safety, building codes, and regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional service and timely resolution of requests.
