Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general home infrastructure.
• Travel daily throughout the market to service homes with company tools and inventory.
• Adhere to OSHA, EPA, ADA, and local regulations and safety protocols.
• Identify hazards and report them to prevent safety risks.
• Maintain fleet vehicles, tools, and parts for fast repairs.
