Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience servicing multifunction printers and devices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of company-provided technology such as laptops, smartphones, and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of the Tech Level 1.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity problems.
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues.
• Service and support equipment across segments 1 through 5.
• Assist the Field Manager in mentoring Level 1 technicians.
• Potential to become a product specialist on a model or series.
• Perform basic hardware and network installations and conduct customer training.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments to ensure problems are resolved for a positive customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
