Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience servicing multifunction printers and devices.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of company-provided technology such as laptops, smartphones, and software applications.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks as required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
• Access to reliable vehicle with secure storage for all company issued property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of the Tech Level 1
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity problems
• Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues
• Ability to service and support equipment in Segment 1 through Segment 5
• Assists the group Field Manager in mentoring and training Level 1 technicians
• Demonstrates the potential to become a product specialist on a specific model or series
• Perform basic hardware/network installations and conduct customer training as needed
• Communicate and coordinate activities with other internal departments to ensure problems are fully resolved resulting in a positive customer experience
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
