Job summary

The Gordon Flesch Company is seeking a Service Technician in Terre Haute, IN to join a high-performing team. You will receive comprehensive training and progressively service printers and multifunction devices while developing independent work habits.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a robust benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Proficient with company technology including laptops, smartphones, and apps.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.
• Able to pass drug screenings and background checks.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete technical training at GFC locations and manufacturer facilities.
• Service printers and multi-function devices with independence.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity (print/scan) and update firmware as needed.
• Assist in software installations and provide customer support.
• Dispatch, arrive at, and close out service calls with mobile tools.
• Provide quality service to internal and external customers.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
