Job summary

Scientific Games seeks a Certified Field Service Technician II to assemble, maintain, and service lottery and gaming equipment at customer sites and in our facility. You may train retail staff and will travel to retail and casino locations, with possible overnight trips.

This role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with customers. A valid driver's license and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Valid driver's license for the state of base.
• Excellent customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Stage, assemble, and maintain lottery equipment per field service standards.
• Perform field repairs with minimal supervision on SCIQ Lottery and Gaming equipment.
• Diagnose scheduled and unscheduled service calls.
• Train retail employees on equipment functionality.
• Travel to lottery and casino locations; possibly overnight trips.
