Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Certified Field Service Technician II to assemble, maintain, and service lottery and gaming equipment at customer sites and in our facility. The role includes training retail staff and traveling to various locations, with overnight trips possible.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree or equivalent experience, strong technical and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a solid understanding of computer software and hardware technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; customer service excellence is required.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Stage, assemble, and maintain lottery equipment and gaming devices per standards.
• Perform field repairs with minimal supervision on SCIQ equipment.
• Diagnose issues for scheduled and unscheduled service calls.
• Train retail staff on equipment functionality and usage.
• Travel to lottery locations and corporate sites as needed; drive company vehicle.
