Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Certified Field Service Technician II to inspect, assemble, maintain, and repair Lottery and Gaming equipment at customer sites and in our facility. The role includes training, travel to retail locations, and occasional overnight trips to various sites.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, support sales goals, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure reliable operation of equipment in casinos and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with servicing lottery and gaming equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel to lottery locations and perform field service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stage, assemble, and maintain lottery equipment per Field Service Standards.
• Diagnose and repair SCIQ Lottery and Gaming equipment with minimal supervision.
• Train retail employees on equipment usage and functionality.
• Travel to lottery locations, with potential overnight trips to different sites.
• Maintain and manage tools, test equipment, and vehicle in good condition.
