Scientific Games, LLC seeks a Certified Field Service Technician II to assemble, maintain, and service lottery and gaming equipment at customer sites and our facility. The role includes training staff, diagnosing issues, and occasional overnight travel to locations such as retail and casino sites.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree or equivalent experience, strong hardware/software knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of computer software and hardware.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are based in.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Stage, assemble, and maintain lottery equipment.
• Diagnose and repair lottery and gaming equipment.
• Train retail employees on equipment usage.
• Travel to retail and casino locations for service.
• Interact with customers, retailers, and management.
