Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Certified Field Service Technician II to assemble, maintain, and service Lottery and Gaming equipment at customer sites and our facilities. You will travel to retail locations, perform hardware and software diagnostics, and train staff on equipment usage and features.

The role requires problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining tools and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced mechanical assembly skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, assemble, and maintain lottery equipment per Field Service Standards.
• Diagnose and repair Lotto/Gaming equipment on-site or in facility.
• Travel to lottery locations and corporate sites as needed.
• Train retail employees on equipment usage and functionality.
• Communicate new features and product updates to customers and management.
