Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or related field preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized equipment and systems at customer locations
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize equipment downtime
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical problems and the steps taken to resolve them, ensuring a positive service experience
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed using company software and reporting tools
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working independently or as part of a team in various field environments
