Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and service Rees monitoring equipment at customer facilities. You will travel to client sites, verify configurations, perform diagnostics, and ensure regulatory-compliant readings.

The role requires strong IT/networking skills, the ability to read schematics, and excellent customer service to support ongoing preventive maintenance updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Rees Technician and/or 3 years industry experience installing and repairing Rees monitoring equipment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment in customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration of Rees equipment for proper functionality.
• Diagnose and repair issues identified during calibrations.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings and regulatory compliance.
• Document job status, IOQ data, and inventory of parts on site.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with technical support to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer sites within designated region to perform service.
