Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and inspect Rees monitoring equipment in regulated environments. You will ensure accurate calibrations and keep customers updated on preventive maintenance and service issues.

The role involves traveling to diverse customer facilities to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs, while documenting data for IOQ protocols and maintaining inventory for on-site service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rees Technician and/or 3 years industry experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
• Proficiency in interpreting schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration of Rees monitoring equipment in customer environments.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues identified during calibrations.
