Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and inspect Rees monitoring equipment in regulated environments.

You will ensure accurate calibrations and timely execution of tasks while engaging with customers to provide updates on maintenance and service issues. Travel to customer facilities within the region, read schematics, use test meters, and document IOQ data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Rees Technician or 3+ years in the industry.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing Rees monitoring equipment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and climb OSHA approved equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration in customer environments.
• Diagnose issues during calibration and perform repairs.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment for accurate readings and compliance.
• Review job plans and submit status updates as required.
• Travel to customer sites within the designated region for service.
