Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
Verify setup and configuration for proper functionality.
Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings.
Read schematics and technical documentation to perform maintenance.
Travel to customer sites within the designated region.
Provide project updates and exceptional customer support.
Maintain inventory and records of parts required for on-site service.
Escalate complex issues with technical support teams.
