Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs or associate degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience as a Rees Technician or 3 years in the industry with install/repair expertise.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment; ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration for proper functionality.
• Diagnose and repair issues identified during calibration.
• Perform repairs on electronic and mechanical components.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance.
• Read schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance.
• Use test meters and diagnostic tools for diagnostics.
• Record data to support IOQ protocols.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for on-site service.
• Communicate with customers about project updates and inquiries.
• Travel to customer sites within the region.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
