Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair self-checkout systems and ATMs for major retailers and banks in the United States. You’ll receive formal training and work with a dedicated team across territories to resolve issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes customer communication, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to travel as needed. A valid US driver's license and minimum one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills are required.
• Familiarity with operating systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment (ATMs and self-checkout) within territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system overhauls; diagnose hardware, software, networking issues.
• Manage network faults, access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues; communicate in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
