Job summary

NCR Atleos, based in Atlanta and with a Field Services footprint, is hiring a Field Service Technician II in Golden, CO to deliver reliable on-site service for large retailers and financial institutions. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, diagnose issues, and ensure secure network configurations while traveling as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, hands-on problem solving, and participation in NCR Atleos training programs.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity required.
• Desire to work with electromechanical equipment and IT concepts.
• Certification in A+/CompTIA/N+ is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
