Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment across defined territories. You will work with ATMs and self-checkout systems, receive formal training, and contribute to high-quality service for major retailers and banks.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, customer-focused communication, and ongoing learning within a supportive team environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
