Job summary

NCR Atleos in Golden, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkouts in the assigned territory. You will diagnose issues and coordinate with customers to restore operations promptly.

The role offers hands-on and classroom training, potential overnight travel, and a path to a long-term field service career with NCR Atleos.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, health and safety standards, and fleet requirements.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts; overnight travel may be required.
