Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to on-site install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment across a defined territory. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service and timely problem resolution.

The role includes training opportunities, travel as needed, and adherence to safety and company policies. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Cincinnati area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines.
