Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians in the Denver, CO area. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, and you may travel within assigned territories to support major retailers and banks.

The role includes training through NCR Atleos, with opportunities to grow in a high-impact, customer-facing environment that keeps commerce running globally.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment promptly.
• Repair ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, and remote connectivity.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
