Qualifications

• Must be a local candidate for the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Willingness to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts.
• Preferred: 1+ year of related field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment (ATMs and self-checkout) within territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues; communicate with customers professionally.
