Job summary

NCR Atleos in Denver, CO, seeks a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, manage network connectivity, and participate in NCR Atleos training programs to grow hands-on expertise.

Local candidates with a driver's license and basic electronic skills are preferred; the role requires travel, variable shifts, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines.
