Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Basic construction techniques and knowledge of materials.
• Ability to handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
• Basic math, legible writing and basic PC skills (Word/Excel).
• Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer situations, determine corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Inform team of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Provide accurate part descriptions and numbers to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory; provide Signature Service.
• Apply basic knowledge of RbA window/door installation and corrections.
