Andersen Corporation is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on Renewal by Andersen products. This field-based role uses a company vehicle and requires an MRT record check. You will repair installed systems, communicate with customers, and ensure high standards of service in a home setting.

The role emphasizes technical know-how, problem solving, and customer-focused delivery, with opportunities to grow within a leading window and door company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Basic construction techniques and materials knowledge.
• Good math, writing, and basic PC skills (Word/Excel).
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle conflicts tactfully and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products in customers' homes.
• Analyze situations, diagnose issues, and implement cost-efficient fixes.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Provide accurate part descriptions and numbers to the service team.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Deliver Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Apply basic installation knowledge to correct errors and issues.
