Job summary

Andersen Corporation in the United States is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on Renewal by Andersen products in customers' homes and sites. This field-based role uses a company vehicle and requires a valid driver's license, good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

You will diagnose issues, order parts, maintain your vehicle and provide Signature Service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation is essential.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and common software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to diagnose issues and resolve them with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products at customer sites.
• Assess customer situation, determine corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide accurate part descriptions and part numbers to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Deliver Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Understand basic installation techniques and correct installation errors.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
