Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Service Technician to deliver superior customer service by performing repairs and maintenance on Renewal by Andersen products. This field-based role uses a company vehicle and requires a motor vehicle record check.

You will diagnose issues, repair installed products, maintain the vehicle and parts inventory, and deliver Signature Service to homeowners. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required, with 2+ years window installation experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years of window installation experience preferred.
• Basic construction knowledge and building materials terminology.
• Strong conflict resolution and diplomacy.
• Good math, legible writing, basic Word/Excel skills.
• Interpersonal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair previously installed RbA products.
• Analyzes customers' situations, determines corrective action and verifies effectiveness.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Provide accurate part descriptions, including part numbers, to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Basic knowledge of RbA installation techniques and correct installation errors.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
