EnerSys Energy Systems seeks a Field Service Technician I to join our on-site service team. You will provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for UPS, switchgear, and related equipment at customer locations, ensuring reliability for telecom, data centers, and critical systems.

You will shadow senior technicians, perform preventative maintenance, and document service reports while upholding safety policies and driving customer satisfaction across diverse installations.

Competenze

• Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
• Foundational electrical knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for UPS, switchgear and related equipment at customer locations.
• Shadow experienced technicians on service calls and travel to sites as needed.
• Maintain records of service calls and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
