Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. You will provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for UPS, switchgear, and related equipment at customer locations, ensuring reliable power solutions.

The role requires a customer-oriented mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to travel to client sites. A company vehicle, tools, and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6-12 months field service or related experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced technician on service calls and perform basic equipment checks.
• Travel to customer sites for installation and repair of equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintain records of service calls, expenses, and customer interactions; operate vehicle and tools safely.
