Crane Payment Innovations Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service Dayton, FL area customer sites, performing repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on coin/currency equipment, ATMs and related software.

Travel is required with some overnight stays; you’ll collaborate with branch teams to meet service levels. You should have 1+ years in a technical field service role, strong electromechanical aptitude and solid communication skills.

• 1+ years in Technical/Field Service or similar role
• Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness
• Able to access highly secured environments depending on territory/accounts
• Strong electromechanical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude
• Personable and able to work with others at all levels
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office and Windows OS

• Able to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel by vehicle daily to client sites (90%) with overnight travel (10%)
• Coordinate with branch sales and service teams to satisfy client needs
• Address customer service requests within contract response times
• Maintain vehicle parts stock and cleanliness
• Safeguard company assets and issued devices
• Perform other duties as required
