Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software and office products at client sites in Youngstown and surrounding area. Travel by vehicle is required; you will work with the branch and sales teams to keep systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in technical service, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in technical service or similar background.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and ability to work on-site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused.
• Proficient with iOS, MS Office and Windows OS environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Travel by vehicle daily to client sites in Youngstown area.
• Collaborate with branch and sales to meet client needs and SLAs.
• Address service requests within contract response times.
• Maintain vehicle stock, perform routine maintenance and safety duties.
