Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service and maintain coin and currency equipment at client sites in St. Louis and Columbia, MO. You will travel regularly, work with the branch team, and ensure ongoing success of installed equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service position.
• Ability to gain access to secured environments; licenses may be necessary.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
• Able to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel by vehicle daily to client sites (90%) with some overnight travel (10%).
• Collaborate with branch staff to satisfy client needs.
• Respond to service requests within contract response times.
• Maintain vehicle stock and tools and ensure safety and cleanliness of the vehicle.
