Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software and office products at client sites in Youngstown and surrounding area.

The role requires 1–3+ years in technical service, ability to travel 90% of the time, lift 50+ pounds, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Collaboration with the branch team and potential extended hours are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in technical service or similar background.
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time with occasional overnight travel.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on equipment at client sites.
• Travel by vehicle daily to client sites in Youngstown and surrounding area.
• Coordinate with branch employees to meet client needs and response times.
• Address customer service requests within contract response times.
• Occasional extended hours and on-call duty as applicable.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and keep equipment clean and maintained.
