Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, repair, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and office products at client sites around Seattle and nearby areas. The role requires travel and coordination with branch sales and service teams.

You will travel to client sites and collaborate with others to meet contract response times, with on-call duties and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in technical/field service or similar role.
• Ability to gain access to secured environments; licenses may be required.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to plan and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel daily to client sites (90%) with some overnight travel (10%).
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs and respond within contract times.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and keep the vehicle clean and serviced.
• Handle on-call duties and extended hours as needed.
