Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and a focus on delivering best-in-class service to major retail clients.

You will be trained through NCR Voyix programs and supported by a team across territories. The position includes a company vehicle, medical insurance, and retirement benefits, with rotating shifts and travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
