Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You will communicate with customers to triage issues, arrange timely resolutions, and participate in formal training programs to develop skills.

A company vehicle is provided and advancement is encouraged. Travel is a core component; you’ll rotate shifts and work with a team across territories, contributing to fast, reliable service for major retail

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Covington, GA area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with fleet-qualifying driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Willing to travel several hours per day.
• Rotating weekends and shifts with flexible start times.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs., up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Willing to be trained on small-scale scissor lifts to service networking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
