NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for major retail clients. You will respond as a first line contact, triaging issues and delivering timely solutions.

Role offers classroom and on-the-job training, with opportunities to grow within a diverse service team. Expect rotating shifts, driving across the territory, and a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US and local to the territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a suitable driving record.
• Proficient with PCs and basic electronics concepts.
• Willing to travel and rotate shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
