Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for our retail customers within a defined territory. You will participate in hands-on and classroom training, develop skills across hardware and networking, and operate a company vehicle as you represent NCR Voyix in the field.

This full-time role requires local geographic area, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Local geographic area within NCR Voyix territory.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver''s license and NCR fleet eligibility.
• PC skills and basic electronics knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and rotate shifts.
• Can lift up to 75 lb without assistance and 150 lb with help.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
