Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electro-mechanical equipment across retail locations. You will be part of a team providing first-line support, triaging issues, and ensuring timely solutions through structured training.

The role offers learning opportunities, with classroom training and ongoing coaching across territories to grow your skills and advance within NCR Voyix. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills required.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel with long driving hours.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shifts within teams (morning/afternoon/evening) including some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (150 lbs. with assistance).
• Willing to train on small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
