Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical retail equipment across an assigned territory. You will respond to service requests, triage issues, and perform proactive maintenance with formal training provided.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work – rotating shifts with morning/afternoon/evening start times and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance and 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Willing to be trained on scissor lifts for service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
