Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across assigned locations. You will respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive timely support in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and flexible shifts. Comprehensive training is provided, and a company vehicle is provided for work-related use.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and suitable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills required.
• Ability to travel long distances and work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
