Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to support retail clients with installation, maintenance and service for electromechanical equipment. You will operate within an assigned territory and may require travel.

The role offers hands-on training, a fast learning environment, and potential to grow within NCR Voyix's service organization. Benefits include paid holidays, medical insurance, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• Basic PC skills and electronics knowledge.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving hours.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance (150 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
