NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll perform basic troubleshooting, service, and maintain ATMs while delivering excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing ATM issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication using our service app. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it ideal for hands-on problem solvers who are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outside during all seasons with exposure to elements.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purpose.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on ATMs.
• Report updates and details of work performed on the service app.

Skills

Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude

Problem-solving skills

Ability to lift tools and equipment

Familiarity with Android cell phone

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
