Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician I to join our EnerSys Energy Systems team. You will perform on-site service, maintenance and repair for UPS, switchgear and other critical equipment at customer locations.

Responsibilities include assisting with installations, keeping detailed service records, and upholding safety standards in a 24/7 work environment. Travel to various customer sites nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with insurability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, maintenance and repair for UPS, switchgear and related equipment.
• Travel to customer sites to assist with installation and service.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance during field work.
