Canon U.S.A., Inc. Tukwila, Washington, invites applications for a Field Service Technician I to deliver service on Canon-supported products. This customer-facing role requires travel, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and adherence to security and client policies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with the ability to complete an introductory PDIF course. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00–$26.31 and a transportation allowance, with full-time employment and benefits.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
• Must take steps to obtain required security or other clearances to enter customer premises.

Mansioni

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Support branch/district metric targets.
