Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate startup malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate repair activities to meet SLAs and client requirements.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU) promptly.
