Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on/field experience in field service
• Basic IT networking knowledge
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Team management or supervisory experience
• Valid US Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Review project quotes and scopes before onsite work
• Inspect installation sites and study plans
• Install low voltage cabling and devices per specs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in installed systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Respond to service calls and customer inquiries
• Travel extensively across the Midwest with weekend work as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
