Job summary

Premise One LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician II to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair low voltage systems including network infrastructure, cameras, servers, NVRs, and access control. This role reports to the Service Manager and mentors Field Service Technician I while participating in the on-call service program.

The position requires strong technical expertise, customer service focus, and willingness to travel as needed within the service market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Audio Visual, Security, Intercom/Paging, and Infrastructure Cabling.
• Strong programming, commissioning guidelines, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Familiarity with industry tools and test devices such as Fluke testers and OTDR.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and site assessments before work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain service standards.
• Lead Field Service Technician I to ensure first-time issue resolution.
• Execute projects with quality and safety compliance.
• Independently diagnose and repair low voltage systems on-site.
• Test repairs and document work in tickets and timecards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service.
• Maintain company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
