Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service technician to perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment across various sites. The role requires on-site testing, prompt issue resolution, and coordination of repair activities with SLAs.

Travel to domestic and international sites is required. Strong customer service, teamwork, and ability to work in a 24/7 environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork; willing to travel on short notice.
• Pass TSA eQIP background check.
• MS Office proficiency; aptitude for learning specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer support activities involving installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment.
• On-site installation and testing of equipment.
• Isolating startup malfunctions and taking corrective action.
• Managing resources, schedules, and coordinating repair activities to meet SLAs.
• Updating work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
